After Fortinet acquired Panopta, a Chicago-based monitoring startup, the product needed to evolve and integrate seamlessly with the broader Fortinet ecosystem.

Ascendon by CSG is a cloud-native platform that helps businesses launch, manage, and scale subscription-based offerings. CSG's legacy Silverlight system needed to be ported into Ascendon, the company's modern SaaS subscription platform.

DriverConnect by Rand McNally empowers professional drivers with connected tools for navigation, compliance, and day-to-day fleet operations. The onboarding for DriverConnect app was confusing and ineffective. New customers frequently set themselves up wrong — or gave up — before they ever reached daily use.
